TOPICS: Leadership, spirituality, workplace, business ethics
The workshop will be a lively and interactive presentation of Dr. David’s dissertation of the same title. Does one’s spirituality affect how they behave in the workplace? Does being overt about one’s spirituality help or hinder their career and the group with whom they work? How do we define spirituality and religion? How is spirituality and leadership different from spiritual leadership? What is the shadow side of spirituality in the workplace? Join us as we explore these questions and more.
