We live in a connected disconnected society. We Skype with grandparents across the planet, but we are too busy to drive an hour to visit with the ones who live nearby. Kids play with their friends online instead of riding their bikes and playing at the park. We are starting to lose our connection with healthy living, creativity and the simple art of face-to-face conversation. Learning to balance our use of technology by using the benefits, without losing our human connection, is one of the most crucial callings of our time.
• Guidelines for balanced technology usage for parents, teachers and spiritual leaders
• Guidelines for creating long-term healthy habits such as eating foods in as close to their natural state as possible, and living an active and vibrant lifestyle.

Having come together as life partners, their mutual passion for helping people to live a more vibrant life, guided them to their present work. Livin Now’s vision: ‘We see a world where we connect with ourselves, one another and the planet.’ Livin Now steps into this vision by educating people in caring for themselves through good nutrition, keeping active and creating a healthy mind. Through an online program that provides accountability, one-on-one support and a focused community who are striving together to create healthy habits for a healthy life, they show how to live a connected life in a modern world. As we heal ourselves, we heal our planet. www.LivinNow.org
